Padric F.S. Noonan, Esq.

At the firm, Padric focuses on employment litigation and employee benefits matters.  He litigates on behalf of employers in both federal and state court actions, arbitrations and administrative proceedings.  He advises clients daily on a variety of workplace issues, including leave rights, contractual problems, discipline and termination questions. 

 

In addition, he drafts and reviews sales and service contracts, employment and severance agreements, handbooks and company policies, and employee benefit plan documents.

Prior to joining the firm, Padric spent seven years as a Benefit Consultant with Aetna Life Insurance Company, providing services for large-scale, national account clients.  He was responsible for producing financial agreements, group insurance policies, and employee benefit documents. 

 

Padric is a contributing author on pieces for the Connecticut Law Tribune on employment law and employment litigation issues.  In addition, he is an adjunct professor for courses on employment and the law, and he currents serves on the Board of the Charter Oak State College Foundation.

He holds a juris doctor from Quinnipiac University School of Law in Hamden, Connecticut, and a B.S. (cum laude) from Springfield College.
