Sexual Harassment Prevention Training - IN SPANISH

As a service to our clients with a spanish speaking workforce, we are pleased to now offer this fully-compliant training session in spanish.

Connecticut requires employers with 3 or more employees to conduct sexual harassment training for each employee within 6 months of hire or the employee’s assuming a supervisory position. While the training regulations provide that an employer may use videos as part of the training, employees must have the opportunity to ask questions and the training must be conducted in a “classroom like setting.”
