| Robert
Noonan is both an experienced human resources
executive and an attorney concentrating
on employment law. As Vice President and
Counsel for the Connecticut Business &
Industry Association (CBIA), Bob advised
more than 10,000 companies on workplace
issues. He previously headed human resource
operations for Pitney Bowes' Wheeler Group.
Bob's current clients include large and
small companies and trade associations.
Bob has conducted seminars for hundreds
of U.S. companies and is in frequent demand
as an authority on labor and employment
issues. He holds a Juris Doctor from the
University of Connecticut School of Law,
as well as a Master's Degree in Industrial
Relations and Sociology.
